don't glo me if you don't know me

so i've really wanted my fun friends to join us on some 5Ks we have coming up. my goal for the year is a 10k...maybe a half...maybe just a great movie and game night with friends and bevs! who the heck knows??

 well, awesome fun friends came through and i literaly did couch to 5k on this on one. thanks, stupid plantar fasciitis. who cares!we had a great time, i did much better than i thought and we had ritas to celebrate! i want to run everyday!
