hi blog...it's me, lisa

haven't had any quality time with the blog lately that i feel a whole lotta randomness coming on...
let's start with some pics, shall we?

abby drew this on her white boards about 4 months ago and i've saved it until i could document it for posterity. sweetness :)

izzy has been spending a lot of time lately trying to hang with the big dogs and she gets pooped pretty quick. she'll sleep just about anywhere at that point.

abby went on her first field trip (and bus ride) and couldn't have been more excited to share it with her bff katelyn

about a week ago my baby lost another tooth. i wonder when this will stop making me so sad. thank goodness there are meds that make it very difficult for me to cry.

we are in the midst of spring break around here and i am so thankful for the 2 day vacation i get while the kids enjoy the g-parents. today i ran errands without a strategically planned agenda designed to cause the least amount of fighting/migraines/beatings. i went places on a whim. didn't have a schedule. my mind was peaceful. it. was. heaven. i even went to the movies with susan and monica. had popcorn for dinner. i'm unstoppable!

my sweet tanner has some spots to be biopsied possibly tomorrow so pray for the best results possible. i know that it's very likely 2010 is the end of the road for her, but i am putting that thought away in a little box and shoving it in a corner of a closet in my brain.

keep praying for my dear friend kathryn and her little dude luke. poor guy can't catch a break...but man, is he a fighter. right now i worry more about mama and daddy than anything else. i know waterboarding has nothing on the torturous sleep deprivation they are going through.

thanks for your prayers and positive thoughts for andy. he got some things off his plate and his burden is lighter.

i do have a list of some random thoughts but i'll save that for the next post. the dvr is calling my name (and not even asking for a snack or a glass of water. AWESOME!)
