a whole lotta bloggin'

It's been a while and I'm upset because I know many funny things have been said or done that I wanted to remember but I didn't make it to the computer before they were lost in the black hole that once was my memory. But I'll give you what I remember (photos help).

First we had the infamous class parties. This was my first experience with a kindergarten party and they were so cute! They were so excited about everything...it was all new to them. I did get to sneak across the hall for a few minutes to see Abby and take a few pictures...I didn't get to make it to Jake's...I was afraid of what might happen if I left the room for too long. But he did give me the coolest ornament as a gift they made in class. And his card was beautiful. Sweet boy...

Next...our first basketball game of the season. Jake is a Cougar this year and we are much happier with the whole situation. Great coach, great boys...Jake is really enjoying it.
I got my new lens for Christmas so I hope to get some great shots this season :)

My favorite part of this Christmas vacation was going to Austin to visit my college roomies Kathryn and Erin. I could not wait to get down there and hog baby Luke, kiss his sweet head, drink, laugh, cry, and laugh some more with my dear friends. It was the only thing I wanted for Christmas.

Next we had the Christmas Extravaganza...or toy orgy if you prefer. Malhiot Christmas, Christmas morning at home, and then Rogers Christmas. I'm tired just thinking about it so I'll just post some pictures and let them do the talking.
