Have we met?
As if life couldn't get ANY crazier...now I have taken on a part-time job on the side. Someone will have to remind me what it means to relax, take a break, sit down, chill, hang out, rest...I seem to have forgotten. So - a quick post from the past week:
And monkey man hanging with his peep Spidey:

Have a great weekend - I know it's only Wednesday but A) I am taking a half day off tomorrow to do some Chi O Christmas shopping and then Friday Spazmatics, Saturday Ryan's 40th...and B) I know I won't post again before then.
MOST importantly - Huge "shout out" (yes, I said it) to my boy Jake. He has had a fantastic day at school EVERY day since last Friday. May not sound like a big deal...and I don't talk about it at all on here because I can't bring myself to...but it is a BIG deal. We are so proud of you buddy!
Saturday we had a soccer party for the Mustangs and the Groovy Girls. Lots of pizza, lots of skee-ball and Mama won 100 tickets on Deal or No Deal. :) Can't wait for the next season! Now, on to basketball...

Geez, dad!
Today Andy was walking in the house with Abby after watching her play out front for a while. She tried to get him to take her elbow pads in the house (even though that left her with nothing to carry) and when he told her she needed to do it herself she said, very indignantly, "I can't! I don't have four hands Daddy!!"
Um, ok.
Um, ok.

The Obligatory Halloween Post
We don't let the kids wear their costumes to school so to appease them, we celebrate the 50th day of school and dress up. It always falls near or on Halloween so they're happy. This is my awesome 1st grade team:

Jake and Emma looked too cute!
Hudson was super cranky pants when we got home from school so I made him take a quick nap before trick or treating. He didn't wake up any less cranky.
I didn't think we would get him in his costume at all. He was having none of it for the before pictures so here are the cooperative ones-
Hudson got on board with it all at the last minute. He is a great multitasker - can you eat a burrito while trick or treating?
Emma and Abby
Jake and Jason
The boys
"Look at all of my candy!!!"
Hope you had as much fun as we did!
PS - Shout out to Barrett Malhiot...Happy 1st birthday B!!!
